Rub bar between wet hands and massage lather over skin before rinsing thoroughly. For hair, wet scalp and massage with bar to lather thoroughly. Leave in for 2 minutes before rinsing then follow with your usual conditioner.

Optional: This bar can ultimately function as both a shampoo and conditioner. To do so, follow shampoo with a rinse of 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar mixed with ~2 cups of water to smooth hair and detox from typical shampoo and conditioner usage.
